The police in Lephalale are looking for three suspects who broke into a farm over the weekend, stealing a number of items.

According to Limpopo police spokesperson, Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo, a Lephalale Cluster Detectives Task Team, the Lephalale K9 unit, and members of the Heritage Protection Group’s Tracking Team, recovered an Isuzu double-cab bakkie and four TV sets stolen from the farm.

“The owner of the premises was not home at the time, and the suspects used what appeared to be a grinder open the safe. An undisclosed amount of money (in US currency), four plasma TV sets and a number of hunting rifles were stolen during the incident,” Mojapelo said.

“Some of the hunting rifles (air rifles) that were in the safe, were found on the bed in one of the rooms,” he said.
