Waterberg SAB Regional League followers were treated to an avalanche of goals last weekend, with a total of 16 strikes finding the inside of the net from a total of four fixtures,  played on Saturday, 20 January.

The match between rising stars, Seabe Opleft United FC and Mookgophong Junior Stars FC produced six goals, with the two teams playing to a 3-all stalemate at the local stadium.

Seabe Opleft United FC was scheduled to square off with the second-placed Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC, at the latter’s local Sunfa Stadium, in what promises to be a humdinger.

Modimolle Home Defenders FC, who also shared the spoils with Rapotokwane Qualitho FC after a 3-all draw at home, was fixtured to visit Celtic FC.

Rapotokwane Qaulitho FC has a date with Bussel FC, which is placed at number four on the league log standings.

Bussel FC suffered a narrow 2-1 loss at the hands of log leaders, Modimolle Troublemakers FC.

Modimolle Troublemakers FC was this week scheduled to welcome Bela Bela Pirates FC, in a steady but sure campaign to extend and consolidate the team’s lead on the league log standings.

Bela Bela Pirates FC was this week still licking its wounds, after losing their weekend match 2-1 at home to third-placed Modimolle Boys 2 Men FC.
