There were growing fears village wonder-boys Rapotokwane Qualitho FC was on a downward spiral.
Just after a lukewarm 1-all draw with Junior Stars FC, two weeks ago, Rapotokwane Qualitho FC has now slipped to eighth on the log standings.
The downward spiral was the result of a 2-1defeat at the hands of Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC last Saturday, 18 November.
The result sent the Waterberg SAB Region League (Stream A) reigning champions, the once mighty Rapotokwane Qualitho FC, from seventh to eighth position on the log standings.
It was not, however, that Rapotokwane Qualitho FC was down and out, though.
The team looked organized with the ball at their feet, stringing some impressive passes, but its main downfall was poor finishing, during the match against Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC.
Rapotokwane Quialitho FC team manager, Reginald Mahlangu, again blamed complacency on the part of some of the players, adding the team continued to play good football.
